Triangle Rubber started in the thermoplastic elastomer business in the mid 1980's. Since then the business has grown considerably. TPD (ThermoPlastic Division) is now housed in a 50,000 square foot facility that was constructed in 1997 and contains state of the art equipment.
Currently we have over 30 injection presses. Our process is automated from material feeding to demolding finished parts.
We process a wide range of TPE's for many markets: automotive, appliance, electronics, and plumbing.
The Tri-Seals Lathe Cut Division specializes in precision lathe cut parts used in automobiles, appliances, office equipment, industrial machinery and plumbing supplies, as well as many other applications.
Triangle Rubber's Tri-Seals Lathe Cut Division prides itself in its quick quoting process and customer service. Our strong technical background and laboratory and testing facility allow us access to superb material compounds to meet your exacting specifications. Most basic materials are in our inventory or readily available to us. Our highly flexible manufacturing structure and access to materials afford us the ability to provide quick prototype service to our customers.
