LABORATORY:

Triangle Rubber Company lab is fully equipped for factory batch testing, mixing and testing of black and colored rubber compounds. Factory mixed compounds are monitored using our state-of-the-art moving die rheometer. We have a full complement of testing equipment for physical properties, aging and service fluid immersions that allow us to test to most ASTM and customer material callouts. All of this is supported by new computer equipment and a company-wide intranet system.

The Triangle Rubber technical staff has many years of rubber industry experience and is active in trade associations such as the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society and the Fort Wayne Rubber and Plastics Group. We maintain close relationships with many of the major raw material and service suppliers to the rubber industry. These associations provide a wealth of technical expertise and resources that can be drawn upon to enhance the efficiency and quality of development work.

Material traceability is an important advantage in our quality assurance efforts. From the time they are mixed, individual elastomeric batches can be tracked throughout the production process, enabling instant identification of parts and materials at your facility and ours.
