The Molded Products Division of Triangle Rubber Company has
the flexibility to meet your exacting needs for compression,
transfer and injection molded thermoset rubber products.

At Triangle, we work with every type of elastomeric material available,
from natural rubber to silicone. With over 300 unique
compound formulations, Triangle Rubber can meet the rigorous specifications
required by your application. We utilize these superb materials along
with the latest technologies to meet your specific needs.

Triangle's multiple facilities and wide variety
of processes allows us the flexibility to analyze your product and determine
which process best fits your requirements. This typically allows for
the best product in terms of price and performance, using the most modern
processes and technologies.
Triangle's Molded Products Division has the equipment necessary to deliver
your requirements consistently and on time. Included in our inventory
are forty compression/transfer presses, ranging from 50 to 450 tons
of pressure and up to 30" square molds. We also have 5 injection presses
up to 400 tons with 10# shot capacity.
Triangle has four 60" mixing/prepping mills and two Barwell
preformers to produce the raw materials for your products.

We have the newest technologies in mold cleaning
and cryogenic shot deflashing, along with washers and dryers
and eight multi-cavity die cutting machines to finish your product economically.
We also have a fully equipped spray and dip coating department for rubber
to metal bonding requirements.

These, along with our modern
laboratory and our Quality Control test and measurement department,
put the latest technologies in rubber production at your service.
In our mixing department, we open mill mix over 1,000,000 pounds annually.
We purchase over 1,500,000 pounds annually from quality certified vendors.
All compounds are our own proprietary formulations, specifically compounded
for your needs.
