The Triangle Rubber Quality System complies fully with the following AIAG reference manuals for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA. We are able to provide documentation that meets plumbing, telecommunications, and transplant and domestic automotive requirements. PROVEN QUALITY CAPABILITIES: Our customer PPM's have consistently been under recognized industry benchmarks for several years. Using RMA standard tolerances, virtually all product characteristics can be maintained with a Cpk at 2.00 or higher. VA/VE: Our capable staff can work with you to reduce costs and increase product value throughout the life of the product. These improvements can be made as a result of design analysis, material improvements, DOE's, and input from key customer personnel. QUALITY FIRST: Triangle puts Quality first through regular tool design reviews and a cross-functional tool approval program. We also use Taguchi Methods and classical DOE's to establish a comprehensive data base for selected products. EXPERIENCE: Triangle Rubber knows flexible materials.
