Interior Enclosure Molds for USB Ports
We have produced several molded plastic enclosures for USB ports according to customer requirements. These types of enclosures have become increasingly necessary in the automotive manufacturing sector, and Triangle Rubber has expanded our capabilities and knowledge to meet that need. Typically, we produce the top bezel of an interior USB port enclosure, which serves an important functional application for protecting the port’s electrical components.

Decorative Pad Printing for Automotive Interior Enclosures
Our capabilities don’t stop at molding–we also offer decorative printing for the added value of our automotive interior enclosures. Many of the bezels we mold require some sort of pad printing on the top surface, such as a battery or USB symbol. Once we have produced the molded enclosure, we will have pad printing equipment in-house to perform this service for our customers so that they don’t have to go to multiple suppliers for these capabilities.
Housing Plastic Enclosures
Triangle Rubber and Plastics also molds housing enclosures, which contain the electrical components. These automotive interior enclosures can be molded to snap together for easy assembly and potential maintenance later on.
