Functional Plastics
Along with decorative lighting products, Triangle Rubber & Plastics manufactures functional components. We take our customers’ designs and bring them to life with our molding capabilities. While much of our experience is in molded brackets for headlamps, we have manufactured many different functional plastic components to assist in the automobile’s performance.
Design Feasibility for Manufacturing & Automotive Bracket Molding
At Triangle Rubber, we collaborate with our customers as well as our tooling suppliers, working through difficult part designs and applications as needed. When our engineering team receives CAD models of our customer’s proposed design, they will perform a Design Feasibility for Manufacturing (DFM) examination to verify that the part can be made.
The DFM prioritizes design functionality and quality while finding easier, lower-cost molding solutions. During this process, our engineers review the entire part design and collaborate with the customer to determine if any necessary changes would produce a more viable or cost-effective design. Their experience in molding and the automotive industry helps inform design improvements, ensuring that each and every product is produced with a high level of expertise.
Innovative Molding Technology
Triangle Rubber continually invests in new processing, robotics, and inspection technology so that we can provide our customers with automotive components at competitive costs without sacrificing quality or performance. As the automotive industry evolves, our company adapts to new challenges and continually implements strategies to reduce lead times and product costs.
Responsive service from Start to Finish
Quality isn’t just limited to manufacturing–Triangle Rubber also implements quality into our customer service, from the moment you request a quote to when the finished product arrives at your facility. We pride ourselves on providing superior service, handling each project with care from start to finish while being responsive to any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
