Spanning two sizeable thermoplastic molding facilities, we offer a wide range of services to meet our customers’ challenges. Our facility houses the latest technologies for single-shot and two-shot, as well as insert molding and rubber over-molding for plastic components that require it.
Our single-shot plastic molding machines range from 100 to 1000 tons, while our two-shot injection molding equipment ranges from 200 to 1200 tons. We manufacture plastic components up to 5 ft long and weighing up to 2 lbs, and we’re equipped to manufacture even larger products depending on the project. We’ve also invested in automation across our facility to improve our production efficiency and consistency, especially across our secondary operations.
