Suspension
Triangle Rubber & Plastics molds elastomeric materials to produce parts for a number of different components for suspension systems and drive trains for automotive applications.
Offering Over Molding Capabilities
In addition to our standard molding processes, we also offer over-molding capabilities, binding rubber onto metal and plastic components. Typically, this is done to provide structure, noise dampening, vibration control, and mounting for the end product. Thanks to our in-house lab, Triangle Rubber can formulate the rubber used in the process according to the specific needs of the customer, giving the part the right strength and dampening necessary for its final application.
Seals and Boots
Triangle Rubber & Plastics is an automotive suspension molding supplier that manufactures a wide range of suspension components according to customer specifications, including seals and boots. These parts are typically used to keep dirt and debris out of joints, ensuring the long life of the suspension system. Triangle Rubber can accommodate an extensive range of part sizes for both of these components, especially needs for larger dust boots. This skill is especially useful for customers who require boots that will be used to cover their drive shafts and protect the bearing joints.
Boots that are convoluted or bellows are not an issue. Triangle Rubber has years of experience molding and demolding these shapes without damaging the final product.
Rubber Caps
Over our many years working with automotive manufacturers, Triangle Rubber has molded millions of rubber caps for brake calipers. With our expertise, we produce quality caps that prevent dust from getting into the bleeder valve. In addition, we manufacture many different caps and sleeves for brake assemblies, offering our customers a one-stop solution for all of their molding needs.
