SINGLE SHOT PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING

At Triangle Rubber, we pride ourselves on the flexibility and range of our machines, and the many different projects that we can accommodate. Our single-shot injection molding equipment ranges from 100 to 1500 tons, allowing us to meet a wide range of customer requirements for tonnage and part complexity.

TWO SHOT PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING

We don’t just have a wide range of single-shot molding capabilities. Our capabilities in two-shot injection molding are just as versatile with machines ranging from 200 to 1200 tons, we’re well-equipped to handle a variety of projects and production volumes.

INSERT PLASTIC MOLDING AND OVER-MOLDING

In addition to single-shot and two-shot molding capabilities, we also have equipment for quality insert molding or over-molding. We can insert mold or over-mold any metallic, nonmetallic, or thermoplastic material to fit the requirements of your design.

Class A

Triangle Rubber is also an experienced Class A molder. It serves specialized automotive applications and offers precision components with a high-gloss or textured finish that meets customer requirements.
