Triangle Rubber may have started out as a small rubber molding company, but the need for quality plastic components in Automotive manufacturing led us to add plastic manufacturing capabilities to our little shop. Today, we have three large facilities, two of which are almost entirely dedicated to plastic manufacturing, with three work shifts organized at each one to better accommodate changing customer demands.
Our facilities take on anything from rush jobs to fill in production gaps to large-scale, high-volume production of single parts and small assemblies. Plus, we also custom-build automation used throughout each facility to streamline production for our customers. That means we accommodate specific quality and assembly requirements, as well as reduce costly downtime and material handling needs that can increase overall production costs.

Triangle Rubber & Plastics has the equipment to handle a wide variety of injection molding needs–single-shot and two-shot, overmolding, insert molding, and even injection molding that meets Class A requirements for attractive high gloss and textured finishes.
