Plastics
Triangle Rubber & Plastics can acquire nearly any type of plastic available, from simple plastics to highly engineered resins. We work with all major plastic distributors around the country and have decades of experience in the industry. Just let us know which type of plastic you want to use–or if you’re unsure what grade or type would be best for your part, then we can help you determine which will best meet the budget and performance requirements of your project.
Rubber
When it comes to rubber, we develop unique formulations according to the specifications that our customers bring us. Our Rubber molding facility houses an advanced laboratory that can produce a wide range of rubber compounds; each formulated to achieve your project’s specific properties and performance requirements. We’ll work through various iterations of formulas, validating each one through testing until we’re sure it meets customer specs. For example, if you have requirements for the material’s compression set, we’ll formulate the compound to meet that specification.
Once we have a formula that meets your project’s requirements, we’ll send it off to a qualified subcontractor. The subcontractor will then mass-produce the rubber for our use in your project and perform secondary testing to ensure each lot maintains specification.
